Mike Kath was diagnosed with stage four throat cancer in August of 2009 and underwent rigorous radiation and chemotherapy treatments. He awaits throat therapy in hopes to regain the ability to swallow and to strengthen his damaged vocal chords. Since being diagnosed, Mike has been unable to work, and this will continue into the foreseeable future.
